Upscale Uptown is a local entertainment group geared around building the morale of the Kaiserslautern Military Community (KMC).
The KMC area houses the largest U.S. military community outside of the United States with over 50,000 active duty military service members, U.S. Department of Defense personnel and their families.

Being thousands of miles away from the U.S. and when great events & celebrities they admire have the opportunity to visit and perform in the local area, it provides them with a little taste of home they sometimes need.
Upscale Uptown goal is to deliver KMC residents (German´s & American´s) the opportunity to be able to join events & see American acts when their in the local area by promoting, providing mass transportation to events, as well as recording and posting performances & interviews.
